tiny unique region inland from La Rochelle. Cycle through the peaceful
and picturesque countryside of gentle hills and flat countryside interlaced
with a network of 12th century canals which are still in use as the
traditional means of transport. Local cuisine is influenced by dairy
farming from the lush pastures, and the canals are a source of some
of the regions gastronomic specialities. Our holidays start May 18 on any day of the week till September 30. All routes are Grade 1 – easy. Our group holiday starts 8th September for 7 nights. |
